All the requirements of SA 8000, WRAP with regards to the human rights, labour protection and safety correspond to the Legislation of Ukraine and have been implemented within our company. A successful certification by independent auditors from such world-known companies as Next, Debenhams, George is a substantial evidence of that.

UCF's employees are well acquainted with and work in accordance with the Ethical Code of Conduct, which also helps to create a friendly team environment and contributes to productivity of teams. Our Code of Conduct includes generally accepted requirements regards:

  • the working environment;
  • a ban on child labour;
  • fire safety;
  • working hours;
  • wages;
  • freedom of association.

It is due to the Code of Conduct that we can be sure that our products are produced under good working conditions.
